🌅 6:00 AM — The Ovens Wake Up

Afternoons are full of activity:

  • Processing online orders
  • Answering custom cake inquiries

  • Assisting in-store visitors

6:00 PM — Cleaning, Planning & Prepping for Tomorrow

 

Before closing, the team:

  • Cleans and sanitizes every surface
  • Washes tools and equipment
  • Reviews next-day orders
  • Preps ingredients for early-morning baking
  • Finalizes custom designs and color palettes

A bakery runs on rhythm — and preparation is everything.
