Payment & Refund Policy
Do you take deposits and do you offer refunds?
Payment must be made up front and in full. We do not offer refunds. Once you make payment, we do not refund even if you cancel your order. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we may be able to issue a store credit.

We are located at 113 Temple Hill Rd, New Windsor, NY 12553. Come visit our bakery to experience our delicious treats in person!

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We offer a selection of gluten-free cupcakes daily and vegan options by special order. Please call 24 hours in advance for specific dietary needs.
Ordering & Delivery
How far in advance should I place my order?
For regular cupcakes and treats, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. For custom cakes and large orders, please allow at least one week.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer local delivery for orders over $50 within a 15-mile radius of our bakery. Delivery fees apply based on distance. We also ship selected items nationwide.
Can I customize my cupcake box?
Absolutely! You can select different flavors for your cupcake boxes. Simply choose the "Build Your Box" option when ordering multiple cupcakes, and select your preferred flavors.
Custom Orders & Special Events
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes, we specialize in custom cakes for all occasions! You can order through our website using our cake builder, or contact us directly to discuss specific designs.
Do you cater for events?
Yes, we offer catering services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to discuss your event needs.
Can I request a specific decoration theme?
Absolutely! We love bringing your creative ideas to life. Please share your theme ideas when placing your order, and we'll work with you to create something special.
Product Information
Are your ingredients locally sourced?
Whenever possible, we use local and organic ingredients. Our eggs come from local farms, and we use seasonal fruits from Hudson Valley farmers when in season.
How should I store my cupcakes?
Our cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature on the day of purchase. If you need to store them, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Let refrigerated cupcakes come to room temperature before serving for best flavor.
What's your most popular flavor?
Our best-selling flavor is Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting, followed closely by our Salted Caramel cupcake. Our seasonal flavors also tend to be very popular!
