Everything Is Made From Scratch
No mixes. No frozen shells shipped from a distributor. Every macaron we sell starts with almond flour we process in-house, egg whites we age for 24 hours, and fillings we make ourselves — ganaches, curds, buttercreams.
The macaronage (the process of folding the batter) is done by hand. The piping is done by hand. Every single macaron that goes in a box was touched by someone in our kitchen.

We carry 12 core flavors year-round: Vanilla Bean, Dark Chocolate, Raspberry, Pistachio, Salted Caramel, Lavender, Lemon, Strawberry, Espresso, Coconut, Hazelnut, and Rose.

Can't make it to Windsor? We ship fresh macarons nationwide. Every order is baked the day before shipping and packed in insulated cold-pack packaging. Most orders arrive in 2–3 business days.
